This cake was made for a 40th Birthday.
The client asked for a celebration cake using red and white to represent the party boys football team.
I added the glitter and silver to make it a bit more festive.
THe cake was a caramel cake with Vanilla buttercream covered in fondant.
All decorations are made using fondant and edible.

This cake was crated for a surf loving guy who turned 30.
The cake is vanilla with vanilla dream buttercream covered in fondant.
All the cake and decorations are edible.
The image on the surfboard is hand painted using edible food colours.

Hi to all!
Just an apology with my lack of posting- I'd love to say that I was on a long holiday laying on a tropical beach but unfortunately this is not true.
I have been her in Sydney and due to my workload have not had the time to update the blog and also post pictures of my new creations.
I am now back on board and will post everything over the coming few weeks.

The Easter Collection is now available to order.

Last Day to Order- Wednesday, 24th March 2010.

The cookies are made using a vanilla and citrus flavoured sugar cookies. They are hand rolled and cut.

Each cookie is then iced using a mixture of both fondant and royal icing.

Please note that the amount of work involved in producing these hand-made and decorated cookies is extensive and very time consuming. There is a limited amount that can be produced so please place your orders early this time to avoid disappointment.

No order will be taken after Wednesday 24th March 2010.

Your order will only be processed once a deposit or full payment is received.

Full payment is required 4 days before the scheduled delivery/pick-up date.

Unfortunately, not every occasion is a happy one. This "With Sympathy Cookie Bouquet" is a lovely gesture to let someone know you are thinking of them in their time of grief.

Christmas Cookies

This year I wanted to try something different with my decorated cookies. I wanted cookies more suited to our Australian summer not the traditional snowmen etc.
I gave my cookies a retro feel and used light colours.

I also wanted to share my irresistable choc/almond cookies.

This is the latest cake creation I made for Christmas.

The cake is a traditional fruit cake recipe which I have used for years. It is a nice light moist fruit cake.
THe cake is covered in fondant and fondant accents have been used to decorate along with lots of lustre dust and glitter!!!
